Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
Add sweetened and unsweetened baking chocolate, and butter to a microwave-safe mixing bowl. Heat in microwave until melted and smooth. Stir.
Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cocoa powder. Stir. Pour in the flour. Stir until completely mixed.
Place batter in a greased baking pan (9" x 9" ideally).
In a separate mixing bowl, mix the melted butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
Add this mixture on top of the brownies and swirl it with a knife.
Bake the brownies for 28 to 30 minutes.
Let cool. Serve.
